Best chance is in the southeastern portion of the area. Otherwise, clouds will dominate. Scattered showers (mainly west of I-81) before 10AM. Periods of steady rain move in 11AM to 3PM West to East. Wind gusts increasing to 15-25mph. Elevations: 43-48 Valleys: 44-50 Cloudy. Periods of rain in the evening will mix with snow (especially in the highest terrain). Will there be a complete changeover to all snow for some of you? Will it only be in elevations? Some guidance DOES show snow reaching valleys for anyone north of I-78.
