Clouds will also increase for northern locations. However, some of you may stay sunny all day. Best shot would be southern Berks, Lehigh and Northampton. Even if your clouds increase, you should see sun again later in the afternoon. The exception would be the northeast corner of the area. Once clouds move into eastern Luzerne and northern Carbon, they may be stuck there. A snow shower or squall is possible. Wind gusts 20-30mph in the morning.
