On the map below, you can see Harrisburg in the bottom left. In the top right, you can see Freeland. Precip will overspread the area in that direction. It starts as snow and transitions over to sleet. This changeover will occur SW to NE as well. So if you're down in Dauphin, expect the changeover first. If you're up in Luzerne or Northern Carbon, expect the changeover to sleet last. With that said, the best chance to eventually switch over to freezing rain would be southern areas.
