Scattered snow and sleet showers will start moving in after midnight. The main batch of precip will eventually move in after 2-3AM. Snow and sleet will be your precip types overnight. Some of you may not see much snow at all. While others hold onto snow a little bit longer. Main precip type overnight will be SLEET since it will occur for several hours. Precip looks to come in waves. Dry slots will be possible in-between heavier batches of precip. Total Snow/Sleet accumulation: Coating to 2" will be common. 3" can't be ruled out where snow holds on the longest. Best chance is in the highest terrain of Schuylkill, Carbon, and Luzerne counties.
