A period of snow moves in after 3:30AM NW to SE. Snow wraps up by 9AM in the SE for those of you who do see snow. It looks like a dry area sets up over south central PA. This can work it's way into part of our area. I'm referring to Dauphin, Lebanon, Western Schuylkill and Southern Northumberland. Areas listed above: ZERO to half inch. Everyone else will end up in the Coating to 2" range. Low: 19-24 A study conducted by NOAA: 46% of deadly snow related crashes occurred in areas under a Winter Weather Advisory or Winter Storm Warning.
