VIRGA might be an issue in the beginning. At 2-3pm, it may show rain/snow on radar for you. Especially if you're located further west. But it might not be reaching the ground. It's something that needs to be watched. Also, if you're located in Eastern Berks or Lehigh counties , it should take a little bit for precip to fill in down there. As of now, 7-9PM looks like a good start for you. Who sees what? Everyone north of I-78 will start out as SNOW. As precip intensifies, the ALL SNOW line will creep further south for a time.
