As this happens, conditions will rapidly deteriorate. Most of you will only pick up a TRACE to 1" of SNOW. Exception would be near I-80 in Eastern Luzerne and Carbon counties. Up to 2" is possible there. These snow totals are through 8am. After our cold front moves through, temps will drop into the 20's. As the snow/mix moves through, winds will be gusty. Brief whiteout conditions possible. When there's a small amount of snow, the most accidents occur. Be careful if you get caught traveling as this line moves through.
