Cloudy in the morning. A cold front will move through during the morning hours. A few rain showers are possible associated with the front. Highs will top out between 47-50 degrees around 9am. After that, temps will gradually fall throughout the day. Along with the decrease in temps, clouds will decrease; allowing for mostly sunny skies by late afternoon. Temps by 3pm: 40 degrees. Winds will increase after the front moves through. Expect gusts to 30mph during the afternoon and evening.

Friday Night:

Mostly clear.
Wind gusts to 30mph during the evening; diminishing overnight.

Increasing clouds by afternoon.
A few rain showers possible before dark.

Saturday Night:

Rain showers; mainly after 7pm.
Elevations such as Mcadoo, Hazleton and mountains in Carbon County may flirt with freezing. Therefore, those areas "could" pick up a glaze of ice before temps rise above freezing. For the rest of us, expect lows near 34-35 degrees.
