New Year's Eve: Cloudy. Slight chance of showers in the morning. Showers gradually moving in during the afternoon hours. High: 40

New Year's Eve (Night): Rain showers. Heavy at times. Temps by 12am, when we ring in 2019, will range from 55-60 degrees across the area! Temps will slowly drop through the 50's AFTER midnight.
