Snow and sleet will overspread the area during the morning. It really shouldn't have a problem sticking to the roads. It's going to be slick; especially where sleet is heaviest. Lower elevations will see LESS in the way of snow accumulation. I believe a changeover to plain rain will occur earlier in these areas. However, higher terrain will stay colder the longest.
