I believe Hurricane Florence will make landfall as a Category 4 storm. This means sustained winds will range from 130-156mph when the eye reaches land. Wind gusts could hit 170mph at times in the right quadrant of the storm. Storm surge will also be worse on the Eastern side of Florence.
If you're reading this from Pennsylvania, I do not believe Florence will be a major impact on your weather. Some tropical storm force wind gusts are possible; especially in Southern PA. But rainfall will be on the minimal side. Maybe some scattered showers. But that's truly all I see. If you have family or friends from SC to VA, please show them this article.
